Remanufacturing for Ireland is a medium-scale project funded as part of 2022 EPA Research Call - Facilitating a Green and Circular Economy (University of Limerick).
The project objective is "to provide a roadmap to support Ireland's development as a global centre of excellence for remanufacturing while promoting resilient jobs as part of the circular economy and to support policymakers and business supports who can create the conditions for remanufacturing to thrive.This is a qualitative study using the Triple Helix model of Innovation to understand the needs of Industry, Government and University/Research stakeholders in overcoming barriers and developing a centre of excellence to support remanufacturing and circularity in Ireland.
